Comfy, well set up flat near UNSW, bus/light rail and shops Positive: Very well set up with everything you need. Only 10 min walk to Randwick light rail station and shopping area, and about 15 min to UNSW. Buses nearby too. Feels secure as a fob is required to use the lift. Having dedicated car park lot (basement) is very helpful Negative: Nothing
